Rhubarb-Jell-O Torte
Crust:
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 Tbls Crisco
Mix together like pie crust. Add 2 beaten eggs
and 2 Tbls milk. Mix and pack into 9×13 cake pan.
Layer 5 to 6 cups cut-up rhubarb on top of crust.
Sprinkle with 2 small boxes or 1 large (6 oz) box dry jell-o.
